I believe education is important and that is why I chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to work with. They have mentoring in their office weekly, seminars at the Board of Realtor's weekly and we are required to keep current on the Legal issues. With my BA in Marketing and Public Relations from CSFU and my Counseling Background I feel I can help clients buy or sell with great ease.

I Love working with first Time buyers. I understand how much paperwork there is in a binding contract and I don't mind explaining the verbage and helping them with the breakdown of monthly payments etc. My knowledle and Good Work Ethic keeps the buyer and the seller current on the latest issues in their neighborhood.
