About Me:
Thank you for visiting my Active Rain profile. My name is Kari Calder and I am a real estate agent with Century 21 Conexus Realty Ltd. in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
I am relatively new as an realtor, but not new when it comes to trading in residential real estate. I grew up with a father who is a real estate agent as well as parents who own more than 15 houses which they use as rental property in Saskatchewan. As my dad only had daughters, it was me and my sisters he would call on for help with fixing up houses such as insulating, shingling, gyprocing/taping/mudding, etc. so I truly grew up around houses in every which way.
This is where my love of houses began. I learned to see the ‘diamonds in the rough' and potential in a house where some people would just see a mess as my parents would buy the house, fix it up, and then use it as revenue.
I am a Saskatchewan girl at heart and after traveling for 2 years over seas I returned to Saskatoon to begin my real estate venture. I am fortunate enough to have been brought into the industry by 2 of the most successful agents in Saskatoon and 1 who has been recognized on a national level and I work with them very closely. I am their "Saskatoon Buyer's Agent" but they also give me the freedom to do my own listings and work with my own buyers and this seems to work for everyone.
I know from my own experience buying a house a few years ago before I got started in the business that it can be very exciting yet stressful. I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers and am extremely personable therefore I don't find it hard finding something in common with everyone I work with.

I can say without any hesitation that Kari is the most efficient, high energy and personable realtor we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Kari was our realtor when we sold our last home and purchased our current home.
Our previous home was an old home that, although it had undergone significant renovations, buyers were sceptical of because of its age.
