Real Estate - It's not just a job, It's an adventure.  Remember that ad?  That is what I love about listing Homes for sale in Riverside.  It is an adventure.  As a listing agent, I enjoy brainstorming innovative advertisement campaigns, networking with other professionals to get the property in the lime light, and negotiating through the sales process.  As a buyer's agent, I am allowed into the dream as we search for the first time buyers perfect home, or I can assist the knowledgeable investor as we narrow down the possible investment properties out of all the Homes for Sale. Coldwell Banker Shepherd Group gives me an international team to work with to service referrals and receive on-going training. Listening- That is my area of expertise.  It is the most important part of the listing process, the search for a property starts there, and ironically the negotiating process is easily derailed if you are lacking in this skill.  Knowing the local neighborhoods, marketing trends, and the latest changes in Real Estate law are of no use; if I don't apply them to the needs of my clients.  The only way to apply my knowlege and expertise to your needs-- is to listen well, find out your needs, and merge the two.
