Listening- That is my area of expertise. It is the most important part of the listing process, the search for a property starts there, and ironically the negotiating process is easily derailed if you are lacking in this skill. Knowing the local neighborhoods, marketing trends, and the latest changes in Real Estate law are of no use; if I don't apply them to the needs of my clients. The only way to apply my knowlege and expertise to your needs-- is to listen well, find out your needs, and merge the two.
