About Me.

I am the Principal Broker of Casey & Associates located in Honolulu, Hawaii on the island of Oahu.  Our real estate office is in the Hawaii Kai area (East Oahu). We predominately service the areas of Hawaii Kai, Diamond Head, Waikiki, all areas of Honolulu, Kaneohe and Kailua.  I also represent buyers and sellers on the island of Maui which was my home for many years.  Prior to selling real estate, I freelanced as a paralegal and legal assistant in Southern California.  I worked for attorneys that handled high profile real estate cases.  I represent buyers and sellers in luxury homes, investments, second homes, first time homebuyers and even short sales.  I have also bought and sold my own properties for investment purposes andprim ary residences so I have first hand knowledge of what my buyers and sellers personally experience during a transaction.  I am very hands on and work with my clients through every aspect of the transactions - - from referring lenders to signing at escrow.  We are a boutique style office with a store front location in the Koko Marina Shopping Center in Honolulu, Hawaii on the island of Oahu.  

My Expertise

My expertise is in high end luxury homes, however, I do not limit myself to that area.  If someone wants me to help them buy or sell a home - - no matter what price range it is in, I will do my best to represent them.  I am experienced in representing buyers and sellers for luxury homes, oceanfront and beach front homes, second or investment properties, first time homebuyers, whether its homes, condos, land or event condo-tels.  I also represent sellers in short sales and distressed property situations.
