It's about Me.
I am the Principal Broker of Casey & Associates located in Honolulu, Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Our real estate office is in the Hawaii Kai area. I also represent buyers and sellers on the island of Maui which was my home for many years. Prior to selling real estate, I freelanced as a paralegal and legal assistant in Southern California. I worked for attorneys that handled high profile real estate cases. I did my fair share of writing motions and oppositions, pleadings, CC & R's, etc. I utilize a lot of what I learned from my legal work in my real estate business. I represent buyers and sellers in luxury homes, investments, second homes, first time homebuyers and even short sales situations in this market. I have also bought and sold my own properties for investment purposes and my primary residences so I have first hand knowledge of what my buyers and sellers personally experience during a transaction. I am very hands on and work with my clients through every aspect of the transactions - - from referring lenders so that they can get pre-approved, to being with them through the inspections, meetings with their lender and I'm at the signing with escrow. Sometimes even helping them move out or in as the case may be. I would say that most of my clients have been attorneys, doctors and even fellow real estate agents. A lot of my business is by referrals or repeat business. My office is in the Koko Marina Shopping Center in Honolulu, Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Currently I have 4 associates working for me. We are a small boutique style office with a store front location. With the small office, we are able to freely share ideas to better serve our clients.
My Expertise
My expertise is in high end luxury homes, however, I do not limit myself to that area. If someone wants me to help them buy or sell a home - - no matter what price range it is in, I will do my best to represent them. I am experienced in representing buyers and sellers for luxury homes, oceanfront and beach front homes, second or investment properties, first time homebuyers, whether its homes, condos, land or event condo-tels. I also represent sellers in short sales and distressed property situations.
