I'm not just a loan officer, I help homeowners design plans to overcome debt and credit issues. In other words, I help my clients convert their liabilities to assets, through sounds credit and debt management. I look at the mortgage transaction as one piece of a many layered cake. Currently I reside in Utah county. I'm married, have 5 wonderful children, a supportive spouse, and now we only have one dog not two. I'm also a big fan of BYU Football, love reading, writing, and enjoy studying history.

The other day I drove from Phoenix Arizona to Provo Utah. I travelled up Route 89, and outside Page Arizona I had to wait 30 minutes at a construction site. I perhaps was a little impatient, but eventually a "pilot" truck arrived that then guided us up a steep gradient and through the construction site. If I had not stopped and waited for the "pilot", then there is a good chance that I could have ended up in an accident, along with a number of other travlers. My piont is that sometimes we need those pilots, and many home buyers today probably wish they had listened to some better advice before closing on their current mortgage!

My area expertise is in helping homeowners design plans, that will help help them convert liabilities into assets. This begins with a snap shot of their current credit and debt situation. I then with my clients design a comprehensive plan that addresses their credit, budget, debt load, and mortgage.

After we build that foundation, I then introduce my clients to professionals that share my same philosophy. These professionals then help my clients with Real Estate, Financial Planning, or Tax consulting. But without a foundation your dream could turn into a nightmare.
