My home buying experience started with a stroke of luck. My wife and i had been looking over the internet for a home in the Kitsp area for a few months when we stumbled onto karl's website. After seeing more than just pictures of homes there, we decided to contact him.
Being in the Military, moving becomes much to common of an occurance for us! The cross country move along with buying our first home seemed a daunting task. After the phone conversations and the E-mails back and forth, my wife and I decided to go with Karl and this was definately the right choice!
We flew out from S.C. to look at houses with only 10 days to find one, (Something that I thought could not be done!). Karl had a gift basket waiting for us at our hotel and a huge list of houses to look at. The entire time of looking at all the houses, Karl listened and took all of those likes and dislikes and came up with the perfect house, my house!
But the story doesn't end there, after doing what I thought could not be done, we put an offer in on the house and flew back across the country. Now, for a first time home buyer the entire process of buying a house is confusing, and being 3000 miles away doesn't help that. Karl took me step by step through the entire process and did all of the leg work for min, allowing for the house to close on time and our move to go flawlessly!

Karl has given us excellent service in handling our real estate transactions. He provided us with a market analysis by doing a comprehensive search of similar properties so that we could make an informed decision on listing our property and obtained detailed information on all aspects of the property (37 acres subdivided into 8 parcels).
He never failed to communicate with us and he kept us informed at all times checking with us for approval before taking the next step. He was diligent in reviewing all documents prior to presenting them to us, making suggestions, and then reviewing them in detail with us. He assisted us with a selection of a Title Insurance and Escrow Company and negotiated a favorable fee for their services. Karl made it clear that he would only represent one party to the transaction - in our case the seller - so that he would not have a conflict of interest representing buyer and seller.
Karl has been available to show our property at all times and met buyers there; even though they were represented by agents from other firms. He took a personal interest in showing the property, identifying each lot, and walking it with prospective buyers. As a result, we had offers on all seven parcels listed within seven days after listing them with Karl.
