Before John made the transition into real estate, he ran his own marketing/design company in Chicago. His daily drive made him especially sensitive to Chicago commuters and helping them to identify their best options for proximity to highways, etc. His design background translates well into real estate--his vision and creativity are a great help to buyers considering new construction or renovation projects. John loves to walk large acreage parcels with clients and help them to identify topographical features and optimal building sites.
Kathy has a strong marketing and writing background which helps with marketing sellers' properties. She also is proficient with the technology required for today's real estate professional to best communicate with clients and prospects. She was a multi-million dollar producer ever since her first full year in real estate. She has a natural love for people and enjoys helping them throughout the sometimes complicated process of buying a home. She holds several designations including an Indiana Broker's license, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified E-Marketing Specialist (CMS).
