About Kathryn

As a 40 year resident of Dallas, I have watched Dallas grow into the beautiful city it is today. Part of this growth is the changes in neighborhoods.  Many become very popular and attract larger and more expensive homes.

 My stlye is to always remember the importance of a win/win spirit with mutual respect and integrity.  I will listen to the needs and do my very best to find the optimum home for the buyer and the best presentation of a home for the seller.

Areas of Expertise

Before becoming an agent, I worked soley with investors.  That is when I learned how to work foreclosure roperties. Homeowners facing the problem need to know what options are available to them.  That is a primary area of my expertise. When to re-fi, modify, short sale, or negotiate may need to be considered.
