My goal with this profile is to educate myself on blogging and learn new e-marketing techniques. I am open to any ideas/suggestions that other agents have found success.

I am an Associate Broker and have been in the real estate business for over six years. I have found the real estate business both challenging and rewarding. I have experience in first time homebuyers, second homes, investment homes and new home specialist (onsite agent for subdivision).

I graduated from Alberston College of Idaho with a B.S. I played both soccer and golf there and still have a passion for both today.

I am a very family oriented person. I love to spend time with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy getting to know my clients and there families and look forward to a life long relationship.

I specialize in the Southwest Boise area. I currently live in this area and keep close tabs on what is happening near my own home. This area is one of the fastest growing areas for Boise and will more then likely continue to be as there is plenty of room for growth.

Over the last three years I have worked with a lot of investors both in and out of state. These investors have all had various strategies and goals for their investment. Once I know a person's goal I can use my expertise to make it become a reality. I have experience with 1031 Exchanges, new  investing, rent to own programs or just a straight rental. If you are interested in investing in the Boise area I can share my knowledge based on my professional  and personal experience (being an invester myself).

The first two years of my career I spent the bulk of my time working with first time home buyers. I have helped many buyers obtain free grant money to help them purchase their home. My philosophy is that if I know it is out there and the client might possibly qualify I let them know about the prograrm and we look into it further together.
