Client Experience

 Allen L.

"The home selling and buying experience with Kate was EXCEPTIONAL!  I will recommend her to everyone I know."

Jason S.

"Kate McQueen has been a blessing to me and my wife. The whole process of selling a home seemed overwhelming and exhausting to me. Kate helped us in so many ways, she kept us informed during the entire process and was very professional and kind to us. When asking numerous questions along with sending emails late at night with questions, Kate responded promptly and without aggravation. My wife and I are very pleased with Kate and would love to do business again with Keller Williams in the future."

S. Johnson

"Kate McQueen was very helpful in searching for a home for my family and me. When I ‘am ready to buy a home, Kate will be the realtor that I will go to for help."

Kate McQueen is a Realtor in Houston, Texas, serving Galveston, Harris, and  surrounding counties.  Kate specializes in residential real estate representing both buyers and sellers, and more importantly, personal attention!  As a real estate professional, Kate believes that her strongest skill is problem-solving, and that in  today's real estate environment you have to be willing to think through the challenges and find the solution.   Going the extra mile and hard work are essential.  We encounter a variety of challenges in today's market and it can be frustrating if you allow it.   Kate says, "my clients and their well-being are important to me.  Their best possible outcome is my goal in each and every transaction, whether buying or selling."

Having been brought up to live by the Golden Rule, it is as natural to her as breathing.  She would never conduct herself or her real estate practice in a way that would result in a circumstance for her clients that she  would not choose to experience personally.

Kate would like to help you realize your dreams!  If you are moving to Houston or relocating to the Houston Bay Area, give her a call today to discuss your goals and how she can help you achieve them.

Why live in Texas?

by Kate McQueen

As a native Texan, I have a great love for the state that I've called home for more than 50 years.  Texas has a lot to offer and there's no place I'd rather call home.

One of the things that makes Texas great is our strong economy, fueled by diversity in industry and in the people that make up our state.   Texas is one of only seven states in the nation that does not utilize a state income tax, making Texas a desirable home for families AND businesses.   Texas continues to perform above the national average during our nation's economic downturn.  Please visit the website for the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University to learn more about Texas' healthy economy.

Houston Bay Area

The area is comprised of multiple municipalites, including League City, Friendswood, Webster, Nassau Bay, Kemah, Seabrook, Dickinson, and other smaller cities.  The area is bordered by Pasadena, Texas, and located within a short drive to the Houston metroplex and  Galveston Island.  Major employers include NASA, The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), United Space Alliance (USA), Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Clear Creek ISD, and more.  The Houston Bay Area is diverse and home to exemplary school districts, Clear Creek ISD and Friendswood ISD.   There are Park and Ride commuting facilities throughout the area that provide transportation to downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center.
