I have lived in the Seattle for over 30 years and bring extensive knowledge of real estate and the area to provide you with a smooth transaction whether you are buying or selling. 

I love helping my clients find their new home.  From the time that I first meet them to the minute I hand them the keys to their new home is the beginning of a new friendship.  I genuinely care that you find your dream home!

For sellers,  I know how to price your home to bring you the quickest sale and the most amount of money because I constantly study the market.  I have staging education and experience to help make your home the most attractive.  And photography is one of the most important keys.  My listing photographs will interest prospective clients!

I believe in doing a quality job.  I have over 30 years in the customer service industry.  I worked in the telecommunication industry in Project Management and negotiations and even as a Directory Assistance operator in the good old days when they gave good customer service.   I also have a background in retail sales from Nordstrom.  In addition, I learned about attending to details by running several types of events. 

I stay updated with current issues.  To be licensed as Real Estate Agent, we must study 30 hours of continued training every two years.  I take more classes than necessary to be as knowledgeable as I can be.  In addition, I have my Staging Certification and I am Green Certified.

I am a REALTOR® and adhere to a strict code of ethics that not all real estate agents are required to follow.
