Hey there! I'm Kathy Fisher and it's nice to make your acquaintance. About a decade ago, I moved to Henderson County on purpose. I was born and raised in nearby Jackson, a thriving mini metro area here in West Tennessee that has grown by leaps & bounds over the last decade. I wanted a slower pace and smaller schools for my 2 children, Jordan and Greyson, so here we are in lovely little Lexington. I always tell my relocation customers that Lexington has everything you need and Jackson (which is less than 30 minutes away) has anything else you might want.
After sending my youngest child off to school, I returned to the University of Tennessee at Martin and graduated cum laude in 2001. My own daughter, Jordan, will begin her college career there as well in the Fall of 2008.
I think it is very important to give back to your community and volunteer! I have spent many rewarding hours volunteering at my church, my children's schools and for the past 5 years I have served as the Public Relations Director on the Lexington Little League Board of Directors. This year I am assisting with our local Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society which will be held in May of 2008. I am also participating in the RE/MAX 'Sold for the Cure' program.
My husband, Scott, works with one of Lexington's premier contractors and developers, Jason Usery Construction.
