Just a bit about me
Hey there! I'm Kathy Fisher and it's nice to make your acquaintance. About a decade ago, I moved to Henderson County on purpose. I was born and raised in nearby Jackson, a thriving mini metro area here in West Tennessee that has grown by leaps & bounds over the last decade. I wanted a slower pace and smaller schools for my 2 children, Jordan and Greyson, so here we are in lovely little Lexington. I always tell my relocation customers that Lexington has everything you need and Jackson (which is less than 30 minutes away) has anything else you might want.
After sending my youngest child, Greyson, off to school, I returned to the University of Tennessee at Martin and graduated cum laude in 2001. My own daughter, Jordan, has just begun her college career there as well. It's a wonderful small state university and certainly one of the best college buys around.
I think it is very important to give back to your community and volunteer! I have spent many rewarding hours volunteering at my church, my children's schools and I have served as the Public Relations Director on the Lexington Little League Board of Directors. This year I am serving as the Team Captain for the RE/MAX Unlimited Relay for Life team! I am excited to be a member of the Leadership Henderson County Class of 2009!
My husband, Scott, works with one of Lexington's premier contractors and developers, Jason Usery Construction.

I take pride in specializing in my individual clients and customers needs. Every transaction is different, every home is unique and every family is special. I can help you buy or sell any type of property but first, I have to listen so I can discover what your needs and wants really are. I know that your time is valuable and I don't want to waste a minute of it.
When buying a new home, I want to help buyers determine what price range home they can comfortably afford, THEN I want to find out what amenities are truly important to them, THEN, together, we find their new dream home whatever that takes. If we look at 2 homes or 20, if it takes 2 days or 2 years, the most important thing to me is that the buyer finds the perfect home for them.
When a client has decided to sell their home, I want to help them do so as quickly and as painlessly as possible. That's why I will help them price their home to maximize their initial market position, THEN develop a multilevel marketing plan to ensure that I reach as many potential buyers as possible, THEN I make sure that I communicate with my clients regularly to ensure that all their questions are answered.
