Katherine is a 2007 Graduate of Western Illinois University where she studied Hospitality Management. A native of West Central Illinois, Katherine has called Quincy home since 2009. 

When she is not helping the people of the community with all of their real estate needs Katherine enjoys spending quality time with her young daughter, family and friends.

CENTURY 21 Broughton Team was created in 2000 when Gary and Barbara Broughton purchased an existing franchise in Monroe City, Missouri. The company vision included expansion into surrounding communities to provide a broader level of service for our customers and clients. Consequently, CENTURY 21 Broughton Team expanded into the Hannibal market in the fall of 2000 followed by purchasing a franchise in the Quincy, IL market in 2002. The Team expanded into the Centralia, MO market in 2009. Today, the organization has grown to three locations with 50+ agents and staff to assist the client with a broad array of Professional Real Estate Services.
