Buying a home is one of life's most important decisions. Don't rely on just anyone with a real estate license help you make one of your largest financial decisions. Sellers hire an exclusive agent and so can buyers.  As a buyer's agent I will work for you and will:

  • Assist in viewing properties-accompany you or preview on your behalf to insure the identified specifications are met.
  • Research the selected properties to identify any problems or issues in order to help you make an informed decision prior to making an offer to purchase.
  • Prepare a market analysis on a property of interest and advise you on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase.
  • Negotiate on behalf of YOU - with your best interests in mind.
  • Assist in securing appropriate financing for the property.
  • Provide a list of potential qualified vendors (i.e. Attorneys, movers, landscapers, carpenters, etc.) if these services are needed.

A:   I will use listed and unlisted properties, if necessary. In addition to state of the art internet technology giving you immediate access to the newest listings, there are unlisted For Sale By Owners and others I can contact.

Q:  "We aren't from this area and we need help finding things. How can you help us?"

A:   This is very common in our area. I provide community information, school reports train and bus schedules, summer guides and so much more.

Q:   "Do you cover all of Orange County?"

A:   Yes, I do and have years of experience.

Q:  "How much do all of these services cost?"

A:   The great news is that in almost all cases, my fee is paid for by the seller. If you choose an unrepresented property, then my fee can be built into the transaction.
