I have worked in the Sky Valley area for all of my career and know the area very well.
About Us:
I am a licensed real estate broker and have experience with transactions across the real estate spectrum. I am also an experienced investor and property manager. I share my experience and knowledge by teaching a variety of adult education classes in the community, covering such topics as the right way to purchase investment property, purchasing foreclosures, first-time home buying, and credit repair. I am a past member of the board for the Snohomish County Camano Realtor Association.
Areas of Expertise
Because of my role as broker, I have experience across the real estate spectrum, however, because of the length of time I've been in the industry, I have quite a bit of experience in bank and government foreclosure properties, working with government (HUD, VA, etc.) purchasing programs and working with new construction.
I have also worked in both up and down markets, so I know what sellers and their agents need to do to sell their homes.
