About Us:

I am a licensed real estate managing broker and have experience with transactions across the real estate spectrum. I am also an experienced investor and property manager. I have worked with many sellers getting their homes sold even when they had to short sale them. I have had many buyers realize their home buying dreams. I am a past member of the board for the Snohomish County Camano Realtor Association.

Areas of Expertise

Because of my role as a managing broker, I have experience across the real estate spectrum, however, because of the length of time I've been in the industry, I have quite a bit of experience in bank and government foreclosure properties, working with government (HUD, VA, etc.) purchasing programs, working with new construction and I have closed many short sale homes.

I have also worked in both up and down markets, so I know what sellers need to do to sell their homes.
