We specialize in Prescott, Prescott Valley Senior Communities, Master Planned Communities, Golf Communities, Luxury Homes, Recreation homes (i.e. cabins in the tall pines).  Our services include: finding the Prescott, Prescott Valley home that meets your needs, helping you arrange financing, negotiating and explaining the purchase contract, arranging for all inspections, and handling the many complex transaction details for you to ensure a smooth closing.  Once we discuss your needs, we will also set-up an automated Prescott, Prescott Valley home search that will send you Multiple Service Listings (MLS) that match your requirements.  This will be completed on a regular basis.  We enjoy the privilege of helping many home buyers find the home of their dreams.  Charlie has advanced designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Electronic Professional (ePro). Kathy also has the ePro advanced designation. We will explain our marketing which is exclusively Internet exposure, where over 85% of home buyers begin their search. We will advertise your property on the Prescott Area MLS, along with multiple web sites, including http://www.craigslist.com/ and http://www.activerain.com/.  We will communicate with you on a weekly basis, apprising you of the market activity on your property as well as providing you with the activity occurring the previous week in your neighborhood.
