I specialize in Colorado Springs Real Estate and Relocation including First-Time Home Buyers and Military Relocation. We are honored that the Colorado Springs area is home to many soldiers and officers of the Fort Carson Army Base, the Air Force Academy, Peterson AFB & Schriever AFB, Cheyenne Mountain AFS and NORAD.

The SFR certification program is offered by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of NAR. The program includes training on how to manage short-sales, foreclosures, and real-estate owned transactions, an
d provides resources to help Realtors® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves. Kathy has this designation as helped many client with short sales and buying REO properties.
Beyond Real Estate
Kathy is almost a Colorado native, as she have lived in the area for almost 29 years. She enjoys hiking, photography, biking, yoga, art, making jewelry, framing pictures, international travel to exotic lands, and all types of nature. She's been married for 24 years.
