About Me:
Hello, I'm Katie Graham with Preferred Properties in Denver, Colorado. Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to Denver after college for the sunshine and great active lifestyle! I've been an award winning agent since I began my career. In fact, I received "Rookie of the Year" my very first year in real estate. Throughout my career I have often taken on leadership roles within my office. I have been an office mentor for other agents and a member of the Agent Leadership Council. Other than numerous sales and service awards, my credentials include GRI and e-Pro designations. Though designations are great for my business card, pursuit of cutting edge knowledge about the real estate market and leveraging this information for the benefit of my clients is really what I am all about. I also really enjoy touring properties to make sure that I know the current inventory and can quickly take advantage of newly listed properties that might be of interest to my clients.
