Katie Wolf moved to the Manhattan area after graduating high school in 1998. She continued her education at Kansas State University, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Education and an Associates degree in Business. She then began her real estate career and has since become very familiar with the Manhattan market, as well as the markets of many surrounding communities including Wamego, Ogden and St.George.
She is a member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), American Legion Auxiliary and the National Military Broker Network (NMBN) which is a network of ERA Member Brokers, who belong to one of the world's largest international real estate franchise organizations. Katie was recently honored with the Manhattan Association REALTORS Rookie of the Year award for 2007.
More importantly, Katie is the daughter of a Vietnam veteran locally known as one of "Patton's Finest Soldiers". She is always honored to assist the fine soldiers and families of Fort Riley.
Referrals are also a priority of Katie's. Her promise is that when you send her your referrals, she will take care of them as if they were her own family and will make sure they are taken through the process of buying their house as smoothly and happily as possible!
Katie is married to Tim Wolf and they have two children. As a family, the Wolf's enjoy the kids' activities, motorcycles, being outdoors and remodeling their home.
