About Me:

I have been a Realtor for almost 12 years.  I received my license in 1997 while living in Sugar Land, Texas. While living there, I was very active in the Fort Bend Association of Realtors and was an associate agent for three years with Realty Executives of Fort Bend County. In August of 2000, my husband of 32 years, Terry, and I moved to Wise County after his retirement for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. We currently reside in Paradise and are members of the First Baptist Church of Paradise. She is currently a member of the Greater Denton / Wise Association of Realtors, as well as the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I also enjoy my place on the Trinity Habitat for Humanity Steering Committee.

In March, 2007, I joined the Bill Carter,Realtors-Coldwell Banker Group in Decatur. Recently, our broker had to close the doors so as of October 21, 2008.

I am now associated with Parker Properties in Decatur and look forward to a long association with this company.

Kathy, Hi! We had a biologist out to look at the property and make a plan for our wildlife exemption. I think it's going to work out great!
