Working in finance within a Fortune 500 company prior to launching my real estate career, gave me the framework for Legacy Partners Realty.  Therefore, I view buying a home more than just securing a place to live, but securing your future.  The numbers and long term outlook are very important.

Garion Bunn my husband and teammate, has a BS degree in construction management and is a licensed general contractor.  After leaving the corporate world, he built homes in Cary, Raleigh and Fuquay Varina.  Therefore, he is very knowledgeable in new construction.
