I have 28 years of experience and have taken additional courses throughout those years earning the GRI, Graduate of Realtors Institute, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, e-PRO designation, and SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist.

I love to work with beginners or first time buyers as well as Seniors looking for a return home to West Virginia or a second home.

I try to stay updated with computers, love to correspond with email, and am beginning to blog.

I have a wonderful husband, 4 children, and 4 grandchildren under 4.

I do a market analysis providing a range of value, explaining what does and what doesn't affect value. I explain absorption rate. I provide a monthly update of market conditions. Buyers love the visual tours of homes I list which narrows their search for homes. I use a home hotline and faxback service of recorded information of my listings available 24/7. I provide feedback to my sellers with a faxback showing service.
