About Us:
I am Mortgage Banker with 33 years Experience. I have served on the legistrative committee for Alaska Mortgage Bankers Association, served as its Vice President, served as its President. I have served on the RHOF committee for Charleston Trident Assoication of Realtors, the Legistrative Committee of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, and also I am cuirrently serving on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Service Providers Council, Inc. located in Washington, DC. I have also served as Chairman, 2010-2011, for the Real Estate Servicers Providers Council, Inc. I current serve on MBA committees, Quality Assurance and the Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance.
I am married, my wife is a local artist, painter, photographer, and her work is located in The Courtyard Gallery in Downtown Charleston. We have three children, two grown an on their own and one at home still in school. We have one grandchild.
I enjoy what I do and I have always enjoyed being a Mortgage Loan Officer, Manager. This business is ever changing and you must keep up or it will pass you by. I enjoy most any sport but the one I partcipate in is golf. I would love to have enough skill to play on the Senior PGA Tour but maybe another time. Right now my skill and my focus is on Residential Mortgage, LLC.
