Kim Caldwell
There are many qualified Realtors in our area. However, I believe what sets me apart, is that I am there for my customers. I return my phone calls, contact my seller's at least once a week, follow all my contracts through to closing, and am there to answer any questions that may arise. I can help put buyers in touch with qualified loan officers, depending on their needs and will work with that loan officer to make sure that we get the home to closing. I am continually improving my education by taking classes in real estate that will increase my knowledge. I work hard to put each customer first.
Service
Even though I am shown to serve the Lake Jackson area, I also work throughout Brazoria County. I attend Realtor open houses and view homes on a continual basis, so that I am familiar with the market in our area. This is helpful for buyers, because when you are looking for a home, I am familiar with the homes on the market and the market value. For sellers, it is helpful because I can use the homes on the market to help price your home for market value. I work with many first time home buyers and can help you find financing, along with a starter home. I work with relocation and can help you with all paperwork and help you make your transfer smooth.
About Me
I have lived in Southern Brazoria County my entire life. My husband is an employee of Dow Chemical and has worked there since 1988. I have three children, Gerad and lives in the Dallas area with his wife , my daughter, is married and lives in Dallas. My youngest daughter is at college pursuing a degree in Nursing. I presently live in Lake Jackson but grew up in Angleton. I attend Brazos Pointe and am active in the community. I serve in my church, but also with the Brazosport Chamber, Junior Service League, volunteer and serve at the Brazoria County Youth Home and am active in the Brazoria County Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. My husband and I have a Honda Goldwing and enjoy traveling as time sees fit.
