The real estate market has undergone some dramatics changes in the past several years. Buyers, sellers and industry professionals who have been through market ups and downs all agree that today’s challenges are more complex than in the past. Market conditions are in flux and rules and regulations are re-written on a regular basis. The one constant we can count on is change – it’s frequent and ongoing.
That constant change is a difficult obstacle to overcome for consumers. There is more information available to them than ever before, but understanding how it relates to their personal situation, their long terms goals and their specific location isn’t always a clear path. That’s where my work begins.
Call me crazy, but that’s what I love the most about this business. There is never a dull moment in real estate and keeping up with industry, market and technology changes is an important component of my profession. Educating buyers and sellers about these changes and how they affect them is of utmost importance to my clients. It’s personally very satisfying to help someone put together a plan for their future housing needs, put it into action, and take it to a successful close.
Real estate is my passion, and I approach each client situation with enthusiasm and professionalism. Being detail-oriented and a skilled facilitator, I coordinate the many parties necessary to complete a real estate transaction. As a trained negotiator, I work diligently to bring parties to mutual agreement. And as a past marketing director, I have the experience and skills to expertly develop a detailed marketing plan for selling a home.

Most of my clients have been thinking about making a move or an investment for quite a while, before they actually put a plan in motion. They are goal oriented in approaching their impending move and like to weigh their options. I enjoying giving them the resources they need to make those very important evaluations and when appropriate, help them plot out a timeline and game plan for making their dream a reality. We run through scenarios and what if's, where they gain clarity about their particular situation.
Also, I am one of three real estate professionals who present First Time Homebuyer's Workshops at the Livermore Chamber of Commerce. It is rewarding to help folks understand the process and the changes in the market, find them resources and get them set on a path to realizing their dreams.
