Today's real estate market is all about change. We've moved from a seller's market where demand and prices were high, to a buyer's market, where inventories soared, to our current state - fewer properties available and multiple offers on the rise.
Selling a property requires more time and attention than ever before. Finding a property can be equally exhaustive with a variety of sales-types in the mix: short-sales, bank owned and owner-occupied providing a level of complexity not present in our previous robust market. Whichever side of the equation you're on, a full-time dedicated real estate professional is a tremendous asset when navigating through these constantly changing and often challenging times.
With that understanding, I consistently strive to help reduce stress for my clients by being a ‘change agent'. Usually people get anxious or worried during times of change due to the unknown. Most of my clients have been thinking about making a move or an investment for quite a while, before they actually put a plan in motion. I enjoying giving them the resources they need to make those very important evaluations and when appropriate, help them plot out a timeline and game plan for making their dream a reality. We run through scenarios and what if's, where they gain clarity about their particular situation.
