What do you do when the world gives you lemons...Make lemonade! And believe me we have certainly had our share of "lemonade" Kris and I realized many years ago that we wanted to share the rest of our lives together.  When we talked about what our personal career goals were, Kris and I agreed that we wanted to utilize all of our experiences from our corporate sales and marketing backgrounds.  When we started our adventure into real estate it seemed like a good idea...It was exciting and lucrative... then as we all know, the unexpected happened.  With our "make lemonade" attitude we set out to learn how to use our skills in the changing market.  First on our list was to become experts at Short Sales.  We have spent nearly a year taking classes that have helped us master the process of a Short Sale listing.  We have gained knowledge that we share with anyone that will listen.  It's an awesome feeling to help others to achieve what they need.  At the end of the day, we thank God for what he has given us.
