Believe me, we have certainly had our share of "lemonade."
Kris and I realized many years ago that we wanted to share the rest of our lives together. When we talked about what our personal career goals were, Kris and I agreed that we wanted to utilize all of our experiences from our corporate sales and marketing backgrounds.
When we started our adventure into real estate it seemed like a good idea...It was exciting and lucrative... then as we all know, the unexpected happened.
With our "make lemonade" attitude we set out to learn how to use our skills in the changing market. First on our list was to become experts at Short Sales. We have spent 4 years taking classes that have helped us master the process of a Short Sale listing.
