It is with great pleasure that I recommend Kieran Donnelly as my Realtor of choice. Kieran agreed to represent me regarding a property I had for sale in Burlington that had been in my family for over 50 years. This sale was quite detailed and was very emotional as it was a property that my mother owned and unfortunately, she passed away just days before closing. Kieran never faltered and with his persistence and eye for detail, we were able to get through probate and close the deal.

Leslee:
We think it's appropriate to inform you of a situation that developed at our property on Cobb Hill Road. On Tuesday February 13th, we received a phone call from our security company informing us the boiler was not working and the low temperature alarm was triggered.
Due to a miscommunication, the gas company was unable to get into the property to fix the problem. In talking with Kieran Donnelly, he offered to drive to our home and take the key from the lockbox, go to the hardware store to have duplicates made and leave one for the repair. In addition, while he was there he verified the pipes were cold and the furnace was indeed not running. I immediately called the gas company to tell them a key was now available and they could access the property. Several house later the furnace was fixed, heat was restored and a potential water damage tragedy was avoided.
Living 200 miles away and having a second home in Vermont can be challenging, especially with its long and cold winters. Kieran's response to our situation is what we would expect from a relative or a good friend, not from a Realtor. Those of us who are quick to recognize poor performance and a lack of concern should also be the first to applaud exceptional service. We did not expect Kieran to take several hours out of his day to help us out.....but he did, and for that we are grateful.
