Licenced in ME and NH, I specialize in Waterfront residential properties. I was born & raised in Southern & Seacoast NH and have lived in Southern Maine for the last 16 years. I am a Maine Notary.

About Me:

I am a 12 year resident of southern Maine and I split my time between my home on Square Pond in Acton and my Condo overlooking the Rachel Carson Wildlife Reserve in Wells. Before living in Maine, I lived in Portsmouth and the Portsmouth area.

Prior to working as a REALTOR, I spent 18 years working in computer technology and project management. I learned many skills during this time that I use to help my clients in managing their real estate needs.

I am very active in the Sanford and Seacoast communities. I recently finished a 4 year term as president of the Sanford Art Association, Sanford Maine. I am member of the Sanford Downtown Committee which plans Holly Daze and Summah Daze. I am also a member of the Art Guild of the Kennebunk's, the Newburyport Art Association, the Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce and the York County Board of REALTORS.

I spend my spare time with my family, painting abstracts in oil, gardening in the yard or traveling internationally.

I have an Associate Brokers license in the state of Maine and also have my New Hampshire real estate license.

I enjoy working with buyers and sellers alike. I specialize in residential and vacation homes, especially waterfront homes either on lakes or the ocean. I cover all of York County Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire, but focus on Acton, Eliot, Kittery, the Berwicks and York, ME &  Greenland, Hampton, Portsmouth, Rye, and Stratham , NH.

Having 18 years of computer programming experience, I use my technical skills to assist in selling homes and to help buyers find that special place.
