- We provide quality appraisal services to the north Florida counties of Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gilchrist, Levy, Marion, Putnam & Union.
About Us:
I am a Florida State Certified Residential Appraiser. I am FHA certified and service several north Florida counties from my base in Bradford County (Starke). I also have a current (voluntary inactive) Real Estate Sales Associate License. I have been licenced in the real estate industry for 11 years and am in my sixth year as an appraiser. The majority of my work is in single family conventional and manufactured homes as well as vacant land. Prior to my entry into the real estate industry, I had an extensive career in plant engineering and industrial maintanance. I am a native Floridian having lived my entire life in north Florida.
Areas of Expertise
While I do not "specialize" in any given market, most of my background has been appraising single family homes in the primary mortgage industry. Typically my clients are banks, mortgage companies, mortgage brokers, Realtors and mobile home dealers. I have also done some work for local attorneys.
