- Shelton Land & Homes, LLC is an independent real estate office active since 1969. We have just come under new ownership with Beverly Lopez. The new designated broker is my brother, John Borgert.
About Us:
It is amazing how often a good pair of boots is needed to check on property for clients, especially in Mason County. The other tool that is proving to be of particular use in today's real estate market is the Internet. When there is a lot of inventory (lots of houses for sale) we need an edge for sellers. Together with my brother, John Borgert, I like to be quite aggressive in using the Internet to bring attention to our listings. I enjoy finding creative ways to present properties on the internet, and would love to have more properties to play with! It is also fun to play "matchmaker" for buyers. No matter what kind of property you are looking for, I would love to find a match for you. Besides being a facilitator for your real estate transactions, I find myself doing a lot of problem solving for clients in dealing with these transactions. Areas of Expertise
The Internet is now one of the first places that people go to find out about real estate. I have successfully completed the REALTOR e-PRO course. This course is specifically designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home. I also tend to explore the possibilities of the Internet just to see what can be done there. I have also completed the course for Acredited Buyer Representative (ABR). It is not enough to publish our listings on the MLS system. People are searching the Internet for more. At this time I am tending to three different web sites, each with a different flavor in order to meet the needs of different people. I also write a blog called "Real Estate News for Mason County." I like to provide as much information as I can to people, so they can educate themselves about real estate, and make good decisions. As for me, I think of myself as a problem solver and facilitator for transactions, helping people through the process of buying and selling, and watching over the process so we can all enjoy it, and find satisfaction at closing.
Politically and spiritually I tend to be a "progressive" and you might as well know that up front.
