In the short time I've been involved in Real Estate here are the things I've already experienced.

I've worked as my own technical consultant and have established technological relationships with the Data systems people at Sandicor, San Diego's local MLS provider. My website uses the latest National Association of Realtors mandated RETS technologies to pull IDX data into the website.  That being said, I'm able to leverage my technical expertise with the RETS/Sandicor system to provide a custom website and IDX system to all future eNova agents.

I've successfully implemented and transacted with Winforms, Relay Transaction Management, and DocuSign systems. 

My knowledge of eBusiness spans to Search Marketing strategies, where I've achieved as high as #2 for my highest priority search term.

I'm driven to sell properties first (instead of myself) by utilizing the correct marketing channels, including a network of over 200 local realtors, and more progressive Real Estate Marketing techniques.  Currently testing CRM systems to reach the target market.
