About Us:

I am the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Metro Associates in Seattle, WA.  We have approximately 55 agents in our office.  I am a 'working' broker so I do my own sales as well as managing the office, although I do have a great team in place that helps me!  My passion is real estate - I invest in rentals and have owned and managed up to three different properties (duplexes, etc) at one time on my own although it does get rather daunting.  I love working with investors because I have great software analysis tools and love the creativity of those types of deals.  The touchy - 'keely' aspect of working with buyers is a definite plus to this industry for me.

I serve as an elected Director within my local division of the National Association of Realtors, the Seattle King County Association of Realtors, and am an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and working toward my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).  I am very active on the web and have a blog I will link to here.  I belong to the Women's Council of Realtors and try to find time to go to as many community interest meetings and functions as I can so that I'm up to speed on all the zoning and land use actions going on.
