Before I changed my occupation to Real Estate Professional, I was primarily involved in customer service and satisfaction. For the past 25 years, I have owned and successfully operated four Mobil gasoline stations in the Capital District. Customer satisfaction was always our main focus. Between the years of 1980 and 1983, I was a Marketing Supervisor for Amerada Hess Corporation. I was directly responsible for 12 retail outlets in eastern Pennsylvania. Again, the focus was on customer service. Four of my retail outlets received awards for most improved customer service from 1979 to 1980, my first year as Supervisor. Before that I served my country in the United States Navy. I achieved the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class within 3 years. I am a self motivated person.
