My focus in real estate is twofold:

Short Sale info:
My team and I (currently four of us) completed extensive education and training for Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) and/or Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification Program (SFR) two designations issued to a small percentage of Realtors in the Bay Area.
Green info:
Most people spend at least 80% of their life indoors but most don't realize how "sick" most of their homes are. Suffer from allergies? Green homes and offices offer numerous health, environmental and economic benefits but most people continue to be unaware of the benefits. Many people spend extra money on organic products so why would you be concerned with where you live as well. I have special expertise in helping clients build, buy and sell Green homes and Green businesses.
