Why Real Estate?

I love real estate.  And, when you love what you do for a living, it really doesn't feel like work at all.  So, you tend to work harder.  And working harder, makes you very good at what you do.

And, I love people.  So, I work hard for buyers to find the best possible properties at the best possible prices and terms.   I work hard for my sellers to find the most qualified buyers and get the best price for their property. 

After all these years, after good markets and bad ones, I still love real estate.   I still love people.  I still love doing my very best for my clients.

My Specialties

Raising dairy goats, arabian horses and doing animal rescue, I naturally specialize in more rural property.  Being a true outdoorsy nature lover, I gravitate to those properties with an abundance of wildlife, near open spaces or near our outstanding state and national forests.   Mostly, I love land.  Whether it's farm land, an orchard, horse property or just fallow or virgin soil I truly do love land.

Of course, I love selling houses too.  I still get all "misty eyed" when I see the excitement on the faces of my buyers when they are handed the keys to their new home.  And for me, nothing compares to the sense of pride I feel when my sellers know they have received the best possible price for their property.

The Sulphur Springs Valley of Cochise County, Arizona is surrounded by gorgeous mountain ranges, has a relatively mild year-round climate and has a rich history being big part of the story of the American west.  Our small community of Sunsites has friendly people, is surrounded by natural beauty and is home to restaurants, shopping, banking, golfing and more.
