Meet Your Inspector
Hi, I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I am a life long resident of Washington State, and currently reside on Camano Island. I perform home inspections throughout King, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties and of course, Camano Island.
I have been a home inspector in the Everett, WA area for nearly a decade. As a former licensed general contractor, specializing in real estate work orders, I have experience in many aspects of home construction, repair, and defect recognition.
Additionally I have performed a career total of over 3,000 home inspections, at last count. This experience has exposed me to the many different types of concerns and deficiencies that are found in homes, both the common and the uncommon.
I am a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector #209.
I understand that a home purchase may be your largest single investment, and I take the responsibility of providing a thorough inspection very seriously. See "My Promise to You" http://millerhomeinspect.com/promise.aspx
Thank you for considering me as your home inspector!

My Promise
My Promise to You
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
