Living in this area for over 25 years is a benefit to those searching for a home or thinking of selling. I use my knowledge of the local real estate market as well as my genuine love for the Carolinas to provide my clients with the best service possible. I lived in Charlotte, NC for over 20 years, but when my son began Kindergarten my husband and I decided to move just across the state line so that our son could attend the Fort Mill School District.

My job is to not only focus on finding my customers the perfect home that suits their lifestyle, but also build a lasting relationship with them. My relationships with my clients are based on honesty - with this honesty comes a high level of trust. MY BACKGROUND

People often ask me "what did you do before you got into real estate?" I have a Marketing Degree from Marshall University and my past work experience includes managing branches of banks, managing an accounting firm, and working in the human resources field. This experience has allowed me to adapt to all types of people. In my opinion, that's really what real estate is all about-people and their needs. My past work experience has enabled me to be an excellent communicator and have strong business skills at the same time.

I am constantly trying to educate myself on the local as well as the national real estate market.

I have completed the Certified Negotiation Expert Training to earn my CNE Designation. This professional negotiation skill training provided me with the skills to negotiate on my client's behalf whether I am representing a buyer or a seller.

When I am not selling real estate, you can find me spending time with my family. I have been married for over 12 years and take much pride in my 8-year old son. We like to take family vacations and spend our spare time riding bikes and playing on the Wii!
