You are the one who educated us about the market, gave us advice based on your experience and insights - even if you thought we might not want to hear it, helped us get it clear in our heads what was important to us when it came time to make tradeoffs, listened to what we were saying and then guided us to properties that met those criteria - as opposed to steering us toward properties that you might have had a personal preference for, and most importantly behaved in a way that was totally professional, with high personal integrity, and had a personal touch that made the overall experience enjoyable.
