We are a 6 person team - 5 agents/1 admin person - working with buyer and seller clients in the greater Annapolis, Maryland area. We're sold on the team approach: this business is way too detailed for one person to do it all.
We place a high value on clear, consistent communication and team spirit within our team, and this spills over into our relationships with our clients. All of us enjoy working with one another, and we seem to attact clients who appreciate the same values we do.

Some of the Things We Do
We are generalists within our area. Our listing inventory typically includes homes priced from about $300,000 to $1,000,000+. We sell many condos and townhomes in the Riva Trace and Bestgate areas, among others. In addition to Annapolis, we list and sell homes in Edgewater, Crownsville, Severna Park, Gambrills, Crofton, and other towns.
For the majority of our listings these days we use an affiliate team member who is a professional designer/stager. She works with our clients to make sure our listings put their best foot forward. All of our photography is now being farmed out to professionals: unless your listings look their best online, you just can't compete in this market.
About half of our buyers are first time homebuyers, and our staff of 3 buyer agents knows and caters to their particular needs quite well. Most of our remaining buyers are "move-up" buyers who already live here, relocating families and individuals, and a good deal of all of them are referrals from people we've worked with.
