 As a Residential Specialist, I work with normaI folks every day, from selling your home so you can move to your next station in life, to searching for the perfect home for buyers, to finding the right buyer for your current home, or customizing a new construction home to fit your needs. Feeling your excitement about moving day still gives me a thrill. Seeing your smiles and joy makes every day worthwhile.

My busiest real estate - packed days,  are the most exciting...when so much is happening there's not enough time for sleep. I've got the greatest job in the world because, as a Residential Specialist, our goals are the same: to make your dreams come true!

About Your New Real Estate Professional

Before I became a Residential Specialist, I served my country as a commissioned Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army. After my discharge, my wife and I bought our first home. We had such a great experience, we knew we could do this ourselves. This is what began our real estate careers.

Since that time, I've received many Designations as a Residential Specialist: some of these include: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS),  Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP).

Some of my Professional Achievements, and those I am most proud of in the Harrisburg PA market as a Residential Specialist include:  Central Penn MultiList 2001 to 2011: Top Selling Agent in the 17112 zip code for both Listings Sold and Sales,  Harrisburg Region Top Sales Agent of the Year 2008 and 2009 , and Subdivision Associate of the Year. I have received over 100 Service Excellence Awards for professionalism and commitment to clients through exceptional effort, and for maintaining the highest level of quality service.

However, my joy comes when I serve others. I am an avid hunter and have had much success over the years. At one point, I decided I wanted to give back . I became South Central PA Coordinator for: Farmers & Hunters Feeding the Hungry (http://FHFH.org), an organization that takes a renewable natural resource God gave us and converts it into food for the hungry. Once the meat is ready for distribution, I deliver it to local foodbanks in the Hershey Area. In addition, I volunteer at the Evangelical Free Church of Hershey Food Bank to finish the final distribution of the food to the people who most need it.    

Personally, I've been happily married to my wife Leslye for over 24 years. We have two children, Vanessa and Kenny.  Vanessa is married and lives in NYC. Kenny just got done with 4 years at The United States Military Academy at West Point, and is Active Duty Military. We love both the mountains and the beach, and can't wait to take off camping when we get a chance. We have a strong faith and enjoy our church life. Leslye and I have worked together and played together since we met. We are best friends.
