Ken Hall began his career in 1989 in Albuquerque, New Mexico with Security Pacific Bank. He moved to Southern California in 1991 and went on to work for two other Fortune 500 lenders.

Through these experiences, Ken reluctantly came to the realization that the big corporate lenders do not act in the best interest of their borrowers, but rather exclusively for their own profits, their own self-interests, and for the Wall Street ‘fat-cats.'

Ken has been a tireless crusader and advocate for hardworking folks ever since. In Ken's own words, "I spend every waking moment socking it to today's ‘credit bullies,' fat-cat bankers,' and ‘predatory lenders!'"

Ken married his wife Jennifer in 1996. They have three boys: Dillon, Austin, and Logan. When not working, Ken enjoys time at home with his family, cooking, and playing games and sports with his boys.

For first-time homebuyers, I offer a State Bond loan that allows for 100% financing, less than perfect credit, and low fixed interest rates. We will even finance 100% on manufactured homes. Here's how it works:

Benefits of the First-Time Homebuyer State Bond Program:

•· We can do Single Family Homes, manufactured homes, Condos, PUDs, Townhomes, 2-4 units, mixed use, and modular homes.

•· 100% Financing with no private mortgage insurance

•· Not FICO score based. There is no minimum FICO score required as long as borrower has no late payments in the last 12-months.

•· $1,200 per month of "Undocumented Income" allowed.

•· Bankruptcy allowed with reestablished credit after 1 year.

•· Seller's credit allowed up to 3%-4% or for all actual closing costs.

•· Minimum of $500 required from borrowers own funds.
