I grew up in Southern California and moved to the Prescott area in late 1997.  Just love it here with the mild seasons and the pace of life. I was always told by some people I  respected that quality of life is important. I must agree. I now sell Real Estate for a living which I enjoy and also and this should shock anybody who grew up with me, train world class show horses. Wow I guess I am living the dream.

Remember that just because horses are allowed or a property has some acerage it doesn't mean that it is a horse property.
