BACKGROUND:
Ken came to Arizona in 1976 while serving in the US Air Force. Following his discharge, he remained in Phoenix and purchased his first home in 1985 in west Phoenix. After his separation from active duty, he worked in the civil engineering field in the metro Phoeniix ending his career as a project manager. Following a down-turn in the residential development market, he obtained his real estate license in 2006.

Ken has lived and worked in the Phoenix area since 1976. His knowledge of the numerous communities and neighborhoods throughout the Valley of the Sun gives his clients an unique perspective. He has worked with the development departments in several communities, as well as Maricopa County and the State of Arizona.
