About Us:
Since starting in the mortgage business in 2003, I have been very successful in my eyes as I have helped each and every person I have talked to in one way or another. Through my knowledge and honesty, I have built my business around referrals and thanks to all those clients who keep in touch, they will all tell you my service, knowledge, and way to think outside the box sets me apart from all others. In the end of 2009, I decided that with my experience and dedication to the mortgage industry, I would open my own branch in one of the worst markets ever and have done very, very well. I look at each client as a personal friend or relative and will tell you all straight up that I am in this business to get my clients the best deal with the lowest rates, and lowest fees while making it worth my while of course, as like everyone else can't work for free. Areas of Expertise
We specialize in FHA, VA, Jumbo, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and 203k loans. I truly love working with 1st time homebuyers as I am that been there done that type of people who helps the client understand the ins and outs of the mortgage business. That way in the future if they can't find me for some reason, they know what they are looking for. We allow credit scores as low as 620 with compensating factors. Our rates are fantastic and we process all of our loans in-house. We are also set up with Credit Plus, a credit agency, who helps us with credit clean up as well. I have been doing credit clean up now for 7 years and consider myself a pro.
