About Us:

I am a 28 year old go getter and since getting out of college I have started to build my empire by buying, fixing up, and selling homes on the side, while closing on average 20 million dollars worth of loans per year for the last four years. I am very personable and I think I can really relate to investors as I own several investment properties. I feel that I do whatever I can to make each transaction run smoothly as I self generate all my business and I have to play the game right to do business with my mom Diane Kenworthy, who is one of Coldwell Bankers elite agents. I make sure the borrowers learn as much as I know on each deal and I make sure every deal set in front of me gets within clear to close status a week or so early. I move very fast and effective as I have many contacts and like other I don't wait for anything. One thing that definately set me apart is I do credit clean up on the side, and it is the legal way. I have an eternal rep within my credit service which helps me perform a bureau level update, which means I show proof that let's say a collection has been paid off, and by updating the tradeline it will rapidly rescore the credit as if the collection were never there. Think about all the deals I could turn around for you, I will basically turn nothing into something. Areas of Expertise

I would say that my expertise is really with all borrowers, there is not one borrower in the past that I haven't been able to help one way or another. I prefer to work on conforming loans for people with good credit but I have also learned that a deal is a deal and I can work with any deal to get it to the table. My expertise like I said are in all aspects, FHA, VA, conforming, non-conforming, sub-prime, hard money, bankruptcy buyouts, foreclosure bailouts, credit repair, and financial advising or where to put your money. I also find a real pleasure working with first time homebuyers and the knowledge that I have to give will last a lifetime. I am also licensed in MD, PA, VA, NY, NJ, MA, FL, and TN.
