Located in the Heart of East Tennessee, we are just 70 miles from Bristol, TN, 75 miles from Asheville, NC, and 85 miles from Abingdon, VA. Being in this area, we are able to offer beautiful homes with fabulous lake frontage and mountain views.
I graduated college from East Tennessee State University in May 2008 with a degree in graphic design and graduated Tennessee Real Estate Education System in June 2008 with my Affiliate Broker license. I have been working as a full-time Realtor since July 2008, but have been around the Real Estate business most of my life as my mother, Shirley Davidson, Principal Broker/Owner of Exit Realty Mountains and Lakes, has been marketing and selling Real Estate for nearly 20 years.
