I was born and raised in central Wisconsin. Having spent 20+ years as a design engineer I fulfilled my life long dream, of living out west, by moving to Montana in 1987. Once "Lady Montana" captures your heart, she never gives it back. I'm sure some will debate the statement of, "No more beautiful place in this country!" However, I would find it hard to believe!

I am a broker associate with the Century 21 office here in Kalispell, Montana. Our office is a small office of eight agents. This is the way we designed, staffed and opertate it! Our phylosophy is that a few really good agents are much more efficient than a large group of not so good agents. Our theory has proven correct!

The Flathead Valley is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. We are surrounded by the Rocky Mountains, and have all the big city conveniences, yet in ten minutes I can take you where you'll never see another human being all day. We have the largest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi River, two ski resorts, numerous small lakes, rivers and streams and we're right on the door steps to Glacier National Park. This truly is, "The Last Best Place!"

Living in a rural area, being Montana, it is very difficult to specialize in one area of expertise. I work with recreational, investment, residental, ranch, commercial and multifamily buyers and sellers. Remember, Montana is the fourth largest state in the country, but we have less than a million people living in the entire state.

I have been working the real estate business here in the Flathead Valley since 1990 and having lived through the highs and lows in the market, I know it well. It's easy to be sucessful in your trade when you really enjoy what it is you're doing.
