After years in wholesale lending I bring  knowledge to the table that puts me above some other Originators.  I would work on many different loans in a month that gave me the ability to not only understand how programs work but how other originators work giving me an advantage.  My main concern is building relationships and that comes from treating your clients better than you would expect to be treated and being their mortgage consultant for life.  I have the ability to show my clients many different options as well as letting them know when we need to really evaluate their situation to find out if it is even worth it to them to refinance. Doing this helps me create the best atmosphere for my clients and gives them a feeling of security knowing my interests are their interests.
