About Us:

I started in the real estate industry as an investor at the age of 23 while working as a union operating engineer.  I quickly built my personal investment portfolio and soon friends and family were asking me to help them buy their home. This lead to me obtaining my RE license which I initially used to help many First Time Home Buyers purchase homes with Little or No Money Down.  I have extensive experience working with investors helping them create wealth using other peoples money, as I do.   I own Technology Based Real Estate Brokerages http://envirian.com/  Envirian of Bucks County and Envirian of The Main Line, Technology Abstract, LLC ( a RESPA compliant Title Insurance Company), and am a partner in The Cash Edge Group, LLC.  I also still own several investment properties.
