Hello my name is Kevin Rhodes of Continental Home Loans. I am an FHA Wholesale Account Executive and I have been involved in real estate for more than 13 years now. My journey began as a real estate salesperson in NYC just after the S&L bailouts of the early 90's. There and during that time, I gained valuable "hands on" knowledge about this industry not taught in text books, manuals or lecture halls. The market flourished during the years following and the internet revolutionized the way in which real estate was sold and financing obtained. Then came the "boom" and serveral phenominal years and major landmarks in history itself, the bursting of that mysterious "housing bubble". To date, 286 major U.S. lenders have gone to the wayside taking with them a yet to be determined number of consumers in their wake.
My business has been built upon ethical and responsible lending practices as well as providing both my clients and customers with the most accurrate and up-to-date information with regard to the real estate industry.
