Once the home is found, our network of service providers, get things done right, and we close deals with as few headaches as possible.
For sellers, we offer a systematic approach to the home selling process that allows us to embrace creativity, without abandoning the tried and true ways of getting homes sold. Our approach to consulting sellers is not to sell and push them to list with us, but to educate and help them make the best decision for themsleves. Using our home selling system, we help the seller with packaging the home, and pricing it, then we use the industry's leading marketing methods to find the buyer, and coordinate the efforts necessary to take the sellers to the closing table. Consistent communication to keep the seller informed throughout the process is a key part of this system.
